How Do I Access My Course?
On “My Dashboard” page you can see the list of all Career Paths you are enrolled.
Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?
Our courses are in English and require at least intermediate level proficiency.
Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
Yes, you can take as many courses as you want. But keep in mind that you will get certification only once the course is 100% completed and the final exam is passed.
My Payment Did Not Go Through. What Do I Do?

Can I cancel anytime?
You may cancel your automatic renewal at any time. You will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of your current billing period. Please note that we do not provide refunds for any subscriptions purchased.
If I purchase a monthly subscription, can I switch to a premium plan later?
Yes, you can switch your monthly subscription to an annual plan. To do that you will need to go to “My profile” page, payment information.
Do I need any special software or hardware?
No. You won’t need any additional hardware or tools, except your laptop.
